In addition, Chinese Government stresses on environmental protection supervision; thus, small-scaled calcium silicon plants were shutdown, resulting in the supply under the demand and the price soaring dramatically with the increase rate even reaching by 150%. The sharp increase of raw materials lays great pressure to cored wire production.
